A national support service for people living with neurological conditions

Conditions we support

Focal dystonia

Living with dystonia can be challenging — but you don’t have to navigate it alone. We’re here to help you better understand your condition and take confident steps toward managing it. If you’ve been diagnosed with focal idiopathic dystonia (cervical or focal hand dystonia), you may be eligible for a C.O.R.E. Package through our national network.

Polio

Are you experiencing the late effects of polio? Whether your symptoms are mild or more complex, support is available to help you manage the physical impacts of polio with confidence. If you’ve previously had a confirmed diagnosis of polio — even many years ago — you may be eligible for a C.O.R.E. support package through our national network.

Parkinson's

You don’t have to navigate this alone. We're here to help you take the next step with confidence. If you've been diagnosed with Parkinson’s within the last 12 months — or have a confirmed diagnosis of PINK1 — you may be eligible for a fully funded support package through our national network.

Inherited Ataxia

Living with a progressive condition like ataxia can feel uncertain — but you don’t have to face it alone. We’re here to help you access informed support and practical guidance from clinicians who understand your condition.

Julie - Late Effects of Polio
The Polio Morning Tea and exercise Zoom sessions have become high points in my week. The simple association with others sharing the same challenges and setbacks via weekly Zoom sessions are helping me in ways I am still discovering. Just being able to talk to other Polios has been an incredible benefit. I thank you for making them possible.
